The Shinnecock Indian Nation Department of Transportation (SDOT) is seeking bids from qualified Asphalt Paving Firms to provide 25 roadways on Shinnecock Indian Reservation with asphalt (1) Overlays, (1A) Road Re-builds, (1B) New Road, as needed. Bidders are required to use prevailing wage rates.


1. Bid Advertising issue date – Monday, December 9, 2024.

2. Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk Through – Thursday, December 12, 2024.

The Site Walk Through will begin at 9:30 a.m. All interested parties should meet at the Shinnecock Community Center, 100 Church St., Shinnecock Indian Reservation, Southampton, NY.

3. Bid Return and Opening Date – 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
