The Human Resources Department is responsible for the hiring and recruitment of all employment candidates of the Shinnecock Nation. We develop and maintain all employee benefits and employee compensation packages. We handle all employee relation matters within the organization and maintain all confidential personnel files and disciplinary actions. Time Clock issues, PTO inquiries and Payroll questions should all be directed to the Human Resources Department. The Human Resource Manager is also a member of our organization's Executive Cabinet that is tasked with compliance, policy and procedural input to assist in making decisions on behalf of the organization.
