The Shinnecock Nation (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: INDIVIDUAL ONSITE WASTEWATER SYSTEMS AND WATER SERVICE LINES – WORK ORDER #39
IHS Project NS-25-H93
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received until FRIDAY,
October 9, 2026 at 12:30 pm local time, addressed to the attentions of Ms. Janett Hunter.
At that time, the Bids received will be privately opened and read. Accepted methods of
delivery are:
a. Registered mail to P.O. Box 5006, Southampton, NY 11969;
b. FEDEX & UPS to 100 Church St., Southampton, NY 11968;
c. Hand delivery at 100 Church St., Southampton, NY 11968; or
d. Email to janetthunter@shinnecock.org.
The Project includes the construction of TWO (2) onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems
and TWO (2) Water Service Lines to serve a total of TWO (2) individual homes.
