Bid Advertising/Issuing date – Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
Pre-bid conference and site walk through (IHS Representative will be in attendance) – 10:00pm, Wednesday, January 21, 2026
Bid returning and opening date – Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
