Please find attached is a Work Order #37 bid document for (3 Gravity NRB Septic Systems and 2 Waterline Installations).  The bid document is ready for advertisement and have proposed the following dates;

1. Bid Advertising/Issuing date – Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

2. Pre-bid conference and site walk through (IHS Representative will be in attendance) – 10:00pm, Wednesday, January 21, 2026

3. Bid returning and opening date – Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
