Southampton High School sophomore Alex Franklin and juniors Tyson Reddick and Naveon Williams have been named to Newsday’s Top 100 Long Island Boys Basketball Players list. Franklin, a guard, was named to the list for averaging 12.4 points and a team high of 11 rebounds as a freshman. Reddick, a guard, was recognized for amassing 11.4 points last season and was third on Long Island for making 81 three-pointers. Williams, a guard, was honored as a three-year starter who averaged 18 points and six rebounds last season. He is also a Newsday Top 100 selection for the second straight year.
