Mamoweenene - “We Move Together”

Little Beach Harvest and The Shinnecock Nation are proud to partner with Ma’s House and LICC to host the “Mamoweenene” Art Showcase — A Collective Art Showcase by Shinnecock Tribal Members and Friends.

Our goal for this event is to bring together diverse communities of art on Long Island and display their amazing talents in one place.

We wish to be an open and welcoming space for all artists looking for a place to display their work and explore their relationship with plant medicine.

We hope to be a place that unites people from all different backgrounds for the common cause of personal wellness through alternative means,

including plant medicine and the arts.

We are excited to “move together “into a brighter future, past the stigma around cannabis and plant medicine, past the stigma around Native American Communities, and past our so-called differences.

We hope that through these displays of creativity, passion and love for the arts, we can show just how similar we truly are to each other.
